You call my section "A nice lot of chaps" Father "and many of them good smart looking men". There would believale??? in thel??? and if they weren't swat???. Where I score of course is that I can and do continually weed out the rotters + get better men in their place. Theal??? courses we are doing with the Companies are very useful in that way because the men get an interest in the work + then do no mind coming to the section. The majority of the Company Fellows are shy of the M.G. Section, They think there is too much work attached to it, but once they get in, they rarely want to leave again!
