Naturally no one was over energetic today & I spent most of the day writing.
Lamont took "Snooker" out tonight as he had to go to the Amunition?? Column with some amm??? (He didn't go on trek?? so got the job of orderly Dog today) He got there alright but coming back Snooker thought he knew a short cut home & proceeded to take it. Lamont vainly tried to stop him and after going all round the cartomment??? suddenly saw a clothes line town?? ahead. Just as he got to it Snooker saw it too and putting his four legs down with a bump stopper - but not so Lamont. I am sorry I missed that somersault - over the line. Fortunately the ground was not so very hard & no damage was done. The pony?? after admiring the somersault proceeded to trot home?? but was captured by onlookers & led home by theciat?? parrot!???

Had a ride with Lamont in the eve. He was on "akba"?? (Tuppers old pony - now hamel?? Hewlets??) No events. Snooker mustve haved a bit??? causing him??? but I persuaded him that it was I who was master after a tussle
