Played tennis in aft. Mess C.O. Bart & ????. Had rather a curious letter today. It is from Nanhe Kihau's mother! She isn't a bit keen on his going to Ravel Pindi - chiefly because of the distance I think. However he wants to come so I shall take him.
There was a Concert tonight to help down the distribution of Sports Prizes. It was not up to the "Terriers"
1. The pianist Burbadge was jolly good & knocks friend ??? into fits. The thing he did in the second half - imitations was very clever.
I had no use for anything there until ????
7. One Hook who was quite ????
8. Henley is an old stage. He really has a fine voice. I wish it was trained.
11. Creasey was as usual - good.
12. Scales in inimitable. "????" was a new thing from him & I enjoyed it tremendously.
15. was fair.
17. made an excellent finish & was the best humorous- bar Scales of the ????
The prize giving was like all prize givings, really interesting only to the interested parties!
