We had Tea at over??? & then I had four sets of Tennis. Then we adjourned ustairs to a Xmas Tree. (There was a Children's Party on as well). After the children had dispersed we had some music & then I drove home with Peppe, leaving my bike to be sent up tomorrow. Ater Mess I went down to Arrah??? to see the Cr.??? Sgt. The parade is rather early tomorrow so I am cancelling the usual 7.0 parade. 207 Wed. Dec. 30. Damn the Harrow Post Offece! The mail came in to.day & there are no letter for Hewlett Sherwood or myself. I am certain the people must have written - Sherwood ditto. It must be over lovely??? Harrow ??? curse them! We had a Full Dress Rehersal & the Proclamation Parade today. Coy??? Parade 8.15. Battu??? 9.0 at Vict. Backs. about 9.10 we crossed over to the Race course. The Gunners Punialis??? Native Police & H.E.'s Body Guard were there already. We went straight through & then repeated the march Past Hewelt was awfully bucked??? with everything.
