During to ??? : effects Beech came out in a car so I had to bring out the Company. It was time to start work before he arrived. So I proposed Bayonet Drill & was promptly ticked off by the ??? "Bayonet Drill must not be done in the field." ??? we did an attack from "Haystack Hill" (50) to Caekes Court with all the gilded state looking on. However they were not very critical which was as well, as I was officially conducting the attack.
Afternoon was spent in ??? or rifle inspections. I had to appear at ??? Orderly Room to give ??? in a change against Sgt Williams ?? who failed to report to me as orderly ?? on Monday when he was B.O.S. Result – Reprimanded. The case against the B.O.S. fell through.
I went out to ??? at Core Court Lodge with Mrs Hewlett & Cap Lietto I had to give the ??? at 6.15 tonight as Beech was on the laze. (area with Miss Stratton to be exact).

Beech did another ??? touch today. Eve did yesterday's attack the ??? way, again with the ??? of the C.O. He was very complimentary me the whole. Beech seems always detail his "sub" to carry on the attack while he himself ??? operations!
No sgt parade. At 6.0 we paraded for Night ops. Marched out to ??? R did ??? ourpost scheme. We eventually reached ??? again at 10.15 p.m precisely.
