Sun Apr. 5.
Went to Grunhill??? at 8.0 and being 1st Sun. in Month to St Peters at 11.0. Mr Simpson was very good, as usual.
Spent the aft printing photos of Hemsby! Went on Hill in eve. Mr Ellis preached - also good as usual. Went in to the Vicarage to supper.
Mon Apr. 6.
Did some work in morning. Went to fetch the bike at 12.0. He had it ready at last. £1.3.0 i.t??? 10/- the job & 13/- the Dunlop Spec.
Met Pat at the Station at 3.35. Spent aft. watching trains, eve. in Solo.
193 Tue. Apr. 7.
Fedden & Gill suddenly appeared on the horizon about 10.30 this morning. Went out for a ride with them - Pat accompanying us on Paters bike - via Kenton Stanmore Elstree Caldecott Harrow Weald.
Pat & I went over to Cricklewood in aft. intending to skate but found Rink closed, so we went on to Manor Pk Rd Cinema.
Wed Apr. 8
Spent morning & afternoon - when Rowdon was with us - watching trains. This occupation still seems to amuse Pat vastly. While engaged in this diverting occupation I enlivened matters
