Made a record to-day by running with 2nd Jogger from the start. They managed to let Keble bump them just about half way along the Greener. Changed back into mufti then went down to see 1st. They rowed over. House bumped Magdalen cheers! Went straight on to Cowley from the River.
Origen Soc. in eve. A Merton man had a paper on Qoheleth. Not bad, but mostly out of ICC. I made a few facetious remarks in the course of our discussions.
Squire was elected a member tonight. Giles proposed & I seconded him last time. Brown W.E. + Theodosius whom I proposed last week were also elected.

Joggers putrid! Our first got bumped by Magdalen ii. !!-!!* The second rowed over. House kept their position as head to.day Thus we finish 5th & 17th Our first having been bumped 3 times, our second four times.
Thur Feb. 26. Half day field day to.day. Parade H.Q. 1.15 Quite nice. Rendez-vous milepost on Witney Rd. Manoeuvor area: Wytham Pk. Cyclists sent off to get possession of Swinford Bridge discovered a patrol of enemy's cavalry. I had to take a message back to Stenning. By the time I got to about a mile from the place where I
