Wrote letters all the morning. Slept in the afternoon, then went out for a walk. Wandered all through Jambudeep???

Friday Dec. 10th.
More "Tactical Handling" this morning.
Tennis is aft. Had 4 fairly good sets. Chaney Pearce and myself v Lamont and Mitchell. The games were 3 -6 6 -3 6 -2 3 - 6
Was dragged along to the Club afterwards to play for a sing song. Rickell McKany and Bevington were the performeres. Quite a number were there - all Pachmans I should think! Mrs. MacKay informed me that I was "a lovely accomanist!" There isn't a decent Piano in Pachmanti and the one at the Club is nearly as bad as the one at the Mess. Still we get on. As I was Orderly Dog today I had a turn at the Guard at 11.0 so I improved the Shining Hour while I was waiting by writing letters.
Saturday Dec. 11.
"Tactical Exercises" this morning or in other words rather a more elaborate scheme than we have had so far. Quite interesting.
Morning work did not finish till nearly 2.0.
