got called "Summones".

It was a very good show on the whole. I was accompanist in chief. The Senior Instructor Willis "samped"??? for a couple of people who had no music.

The opening term was by one Sgt. Hill - who is in the S. Lancashires but comes from Leopold Rd. Willisden by the way - He gave "old King Cole" as an encore with one or two topical allusions eg. "I'm not much of a draughtsman" said the Major (Major Headlawn) "I do have short rushes" said the Colonel (The Commandant).

Bevington sings jolly well and he sang a very good song "Mountain of Mome". The next time was not startling. The fellow was one of the Markers.

Ricekll did well with "I had a little garden" and then capped it with a Topical (Machine Gun) last verse which brought the House down.

Mackay folowed later with another topical last verse. He had already done justice to "Laws of the Lamps" and then finished it with a verse in the Pachmon Dive. That was encored and then Rickell gave a song with a good deal of gag in the middle taking off the Instructors. They got about 10 of them off jolly well and then finished with a last verse in the Restful time we have up there.

Then an interval, which I think I deserved more than anyone with six accompaniments at end and two before that.
