S.S. Office 7.0 - 8.15. Have started getting things into order. Discovered a "Garrison Library a/c Book" which shows a balance of Rs. 57. This should apparently be passed to P.R.I. of Battery and Regt. It has lain lost undiscovered since Sept.
Company 9.0 to 10.0 Saw Hewlett about above at 9.30. Bungalow 10.30 to Lunch.
Jolly warm today. It is nasty, sticky & damp.
Went to Riding School at 5.30. While we were there the threatened storm arrived, so we decided to chuck it at 6.0. We did not get back any too soon. At 6.45 Down came the rain. It come too. The lightning which continued to about 10.0 was very vivid. Sleet. Just like flashes from a helio, dot & dash. The thunder was not so bad.

S.S. Office 7.0 - 8.30. The straightening out process progresses.
Co. at 9.0 back to the office again at 10.0. Saw the C.O. at 11.0 about Stn. orders RS??? and then back to office again till 12.0
Stratton came up from DomDum??? to-day - on dauty. He is looking at Edmonton. He still seems sick that I left "E" Co.
Riding School at 5.30. We started Swedish Gym on horseback. Ambushed & stretch & leaning back & touching the horse's Croup. Its quite easy when the horse stands. I suppose we shall have to do it at a walk in time. We trotted for the first time last night. I did not feel too comfy this but tonight I felt quite happy as if I might reasonably hope to stay where I was.
