Had tea at Robs.
Went to Cinema with Herb in evening.
Sun. Apr 26
Chapel 9.15 as usual. Walked to Folley Bridge in morning to charter a punt for the term. Got one from Harris' for £4.10. Robinson & Dixon are coming in with me & prob. Herb too.
Went out in aft. Found punting more difficult than it looks. But after ramming the banks successful several times began to get the hang of it.
Got back about 7.30.
Balliol in eve. Quite Good.
Mon Apr. 27
Went out in the punt with Rob & Dicky about 12.0. Did not get above the Rollers as we had to put Robinson ashore at 2.0 as he was acting in a pageant at 2.30. I came ashore at 5.0. Went to Pullan at 5.30. He gassed much on the Kingdom of God. By 6.40 I was at the River again. We all came off about 8.15 and came to Coll for supper.

Certain number of lectures in morning. Locke at Schools at 10 on St. Paul's Epistles. Burnley at 12.0 on Quinchi.
Went out about 2.0 in punt.
