I agree with the Pater that prob. on the whole it will be as well not to go. One does not want to create any ill feeling at all in any way.

Thank you dear very much for your kind note to.day. We do not think it worth while your coming to the funeral. Grandpa says he would rather you came later on when you get your holidays. You see dear we have decided for Ted _not_ to come and as he is the elder grandson it would not do for you to come & not he, & we all thought the fares would run away with a lot of money, so dearest I hope you won't mind, you shore??? bear your share in the flowers we are getting............

Mods work is going pretty well. Have been through all the books this week except ???.
Amused myself in eve collecting of Oxford Mission to Calcutta & Univ Miss to Cent. Africa. Got £1.5. which I shall take to Pullan tomorrow
