books on the Jews I have got & trying to get the best out of each, possibly for unification??? into a book of my own (unpublished) some day when I'm rich enough to buy a typewriter to type it. (Perhaps when I get the Higher SrQ ??? ???). Others??? are a lot of books and machine guns. I think I've got a dozen, but only two of them are any real good and they are nothing like complete. Q real manual containing ALL the N.G.O. wants doesn't exist. He has to refer to 16 different OFFICIAL books to say nothing of the UNOFFICIAL ones. I shall be glad to get back to the men again and in a sense getting back to the Mess is like going home. It is the only home we have out here. We've both been the other have sick more than usual whilst we've been on leave. Why I can't explain - but we have. Only thing we have both been good at whilst away is Fly S??? it is death for a fly to come into the houseboat, though they do come in in considerable numbers.
