Wed. Feb 18 Lectures 9 - 1 What a life! Went to range again this aft. to fire Pt 2. Although it is harder I scored 64 (as against 55) The light, which is pretty bad on that range, at its best, was better than yesterday The schedule of Pts I & II are thus ???DIAGRAM??? The rapid firing is pretty foul. 80 sec for 15 shots is not exactly liberal I got the man 3 times and his little brother twice. That was a distinct improvement on yesterday. I must go and practice some days in the Summer (at 1d per round) Went to call on Joyce at about 5.0. Found him "out!" Loud cheers. Invited him to tea to-morrow. Had a little excitement in eve. I was fooling about with the light in Dicky's room. Got a short: result exit fuse. However I managed to open the fuse box with one of my keys. I mended it temporarily with a piece of ordinary flex. Shall put in some proper fuse wire to-morrow.
