6. In conclusion the G.O.C. Division regrets to have to remark that his Excellency the Commander in Chief severely criticised the conduct of certain officers with whom he spoke, commenting strongly on their casual and dispespectful demeanor.
This points to a lamentable relaxation of discipline which calls for the early attention of all Commanders.
