My dear Mother & Father.
The letter call has just gone, so with a little luck I shall have three letters to answer this week, the two I have got already and "???".
I had a very interesting letter from Mr. Parham by the last mail, he says Father that you & Mother both looked well, but that you were not only getting, but already got, much stouter. You will have to start taking more exercise! I wish my old bike didn't protest!
I had a wedding card from J.W.J. I was surprised to get it. He also sent the Berlin Gazette with the account in it.
Done wrong Mother? Good heavens no! Those pyjamas will be very welcome indeed. The ones I brought out with me were scrapped in Duspon. I have had two other pairs since.
