an Indian issue of will??? They have improved a bit.
They will be passing us for Company work soon. I think they were a bit “Fed-up” because we put them all “on the square” when they arrived. Goodness only knows they needed it. Several of them have had 6 months service they are sending them to France.
wish two: I wonder ??? the army has done as well as u- has done there???. But perhaps they send us the “wash outs”. I rather fancy they did & I believe the C.O. will??? hold the Colonel of the 3rd Jobs??? whos he thought of him in no measured terms! Perhaps this next one will be better.
Williamson is not to be recalled from the Gulf now so presumably Lamont will be going. He is rather disappointed.
That I think is r-??? J-??? near. You will see from the Diary that I am doing a ??? for a -??? And then I am moving my abode to Ghoa Dhoka instead of Khauspur pro?? terre???. I when??? Is rather like moving from Wealdstone to Harmol???.
