Dear Mr. Findlay.
Your letter received to day, sorry to hear that your are disappointed in Kahmir, about the rumour you have heard, as far as I know, it is without foundation for I have heard nothing, the G.O.C. was here on Friday last but nothing was said about it then,
The 'A'. Coy course has commenoed???, last Friday, I had got the squads round about 'A'. Coys orderly ROom and consequently was the first one the G.O.C. came to, he did not say much but one of his staff said we were lucky to have the Mk IV Tripods. every thing is going alright in connection with the course. mr. Higgins is in Cpl Woodhauins??? squad.
The Section have not yet commenced firing but are still carrying on with musketry, Cpl Glover is assisting Sgt
