apricots which were the next best thing + soon there were no apricots, which was bufotuate??? as we found out afterwards we were to have had apricot Tart for Dinner!
AFter about an hour the Pack Puies??? + the lurg??? looked for Drinks arrived + we were soon setting down to Tiffins.
After Tiffin we tried to get a sleep but instead of sleeping we were kept uncomfortable busy killing flies. After a while we gave up the ida of sleep and after dangling our feet in the river -which was icy cold + vuey??? naturally so I suppose as the source of the river is the melting snow- had an early tea.
