Started the Section in "Tactical Handling" this morning
The event this afternoon was a Cup Tie Final. It was a strenuous??? game.. Unfortunately "C" scored a penalty against us in the first half & that upset motiam??? However we equalised & in the first part of the second half game them a very anxious time. They got through again & eventually won the cup 2-1. They had all the luck just as they did with A" Cny??? & are consequently known now as the Jam Factory or Crosse & Blackwells!

Had tiffin??? at the strattons??? & then went on to the COs for tea and tennis. Had 5 sets. One singles with Stratton which I won 6-0. Then he & I took on Beach & Higgins & won 6.3 6.3 And after that Stratton & I took on Beach and Miss. B. That dragged on to 12-10!
