cahp (his name by the way was Brescott) was couployed??? by the Political agent -getting information - at ali Muspid???. He has just turned Mohanimiedan??? -and was dressed as such. The chief idea in doing so apparently was to be able to get more among the tribesmen. That is the thing about the Draetu - our information usually is very good.
About 7.20 we got a move on again, heading for Noushara??? this time. It was an uneventful though not unadventurous foundly???, as we nolights??? and the last 15 weeks were done in the dark. Still the trees which line the road on each side showed us pretty well where the road was + all the bridges are whitened. So we got back to oroushide??? just in time for Mess at 8/30 + of course "slung the bat" cuisiderably to then about the journey.
Monday April 3rd.
The first day of TREK and a day to be remembered. We had Reveille at 4/30. and were due to move at 6/30. As a matter of fact for some unsolved reason the inausport??? (2nd Lime) got tied in knots and was consequently late. it was about 6.40 before the Battakou??? was finally in parade about which the Major grew eloquent after Dinner tonight. Thaveve??? we were not late on Brigade Parade. We were with the Main Body today and consequently did not move till 8.0. The M.G. were with the rest of the Barton???.
