any rate we shall fell we are doing something up there although it is not a thorough Frontier station, yet it is practically when the two Tours??? meet and there are always possibilities. It is said too that it is cold up there!

Had to go to the Hospital at 9.0 for the annual Medical exam as to fitness for Active Service. I think I passed alright.

Spent quite a considerable time unpacking today, and in view of an approaching "moving day" I heaved out quite a lot of rubbish. Got pretty straight eventually.

Monday Dec. 21. 1915.

Lancet??? pushed up to Barrackpore tonight. He had done some mules in the last few day. This makes 300 more!

Found that I had practically no men on parade to-day. I bearded Lionel (Adjutant pro-tem.) and discovered that everything is being sacrificed to "C" Company's musketry. So I shall just have to "lump" it for a bit. There were about six men on parade. I started on Quarterly Stock Taking to day and then did a little "CD"

Tennis in aft. Played with Tommy against Little and Mieville. We were aged to lick them.

Tuesday Dec. 22. 1915.

Still very few men available for parade. Did a little work this morning nevertheless.
