Had some interesting Individual Field Practices this morning. (-for particulars v. Note Bk).
Feeling rather better today but no absolument o.k. Took it easy in the evening.

More Individual Field Practices.
Morning's work much as usual.
Had a couple of on the M.?. in the aft. Lamont & I are down to stop and Peel & ????. The guns are exactly the same as ours & they have some Mk IV & some Mk II Tripods. Jove I wish we had Mk IV's!They say the M.G. course we get is exactly the same as the Regulars have & we get a Regular Certificate. That is cheering. It is something to be treated as Regulars for once in a way!
The staff announced in orders today that they wish to see our notebooks on Friday!

Had two hours on the M.G. this morning.
Wrote two letters in aft & had quite a longish walk after tea. (today has been a holiday by the way!) Wrote up notes when I got back. Am right up to date now thank goodness. I have got about 4 letters to write now & then I shall be at peace with all the world!
