Thur Aug 12] when I got back to the Bungalow I finished my letter home. Slept in aft. Played Hockey - in uniform - in the eve. I had to play in uniform as that blighter Vesion??? who originally agreed to taky my O.O.??? for me for the hour backed out. However after a hard game which we scarcely deserved to win, we won 1.0.
Fr. Aug 13. Had Breakfast 6.45 wandered to the Hockey Ground about 7.25. The men rolled up very soon and were duly inspected by the Adjutant.
