I had to go away & leave them at it as it was time to change for Mess. Wed. Apr 28 New parade time table started to-day. R.A.T.A. Concert tonight in the open air. the 10 ft wall on the obstacle course near No. 2 Bungalow was used as the back of the stage. That had been suitably draped to match the platform in front. Footlights also were forthcoming & the result was very swank. the concert was very good. "The Services" occupied the 2nd half of hte programme. Nicholas produced more gags. It finished about 11.15. Started at 9.0. See pp 200-1 Thur Apr 29 Had a European morning to-day. Wrote after brekker. In addition to my present appointment of O.C. Tupper & Fisher back from Pachmari?? to-day. Tupper stopped here on his way to Bamackpore.???
Played Tennis with Fisher Marwood & Higgins. Only fair sets. Higgins is rather a washout. Marwood not much better. Fisher has developed a very nasty service.
