Played Tennis in aft with Higgins. Then went to see Toovey. He is going on well but is still rather weakish.
Mail in to-night just as we finished Mess. Cotton & Hewlett came back to-night so i finish my A.P.R.I job. Sun Apr 25 Parade as usual 6.45. Stayed??? to the 7.45 HC Slacked a.m. Wrote in eve. Then Ch 6.30 Read the lessons. Mon Apr 26 Did not go on Sgt. Major's Parade this morning but handed over to Major Hewett (1/PRI to P.R.I) instead.
Slacked quite a considerable amount during the day.

Nice para. in Pt. 11 orders to-night to the affect that "2/Lt L.F. Findlay assumed command of "A" Corp on Apr 15 vici Capt Beach appointed to ???? and Detachment Jalapahar." That should mean 15 more chaps this month. Tues Apr 22 Platoon Drill on Sgt. Major's Parade this a.m. instead of Company Drill.

Turned out for Hockey at 5.0. Had quite a good game. Not fagged at all strange to say. I suppose I am getting used to it.
