The 4 Co. system is a wash out as far as we are concerned. They have decided that the Army Order does not apply to Territorials. So apparently we are not British Infantry!
We are now ordered to send 2 Co's to Barrackpore. Probably they will send one from Dunhum??? and one from here. Rumor says E & G but we don't know yet.

"D" is the fated Co. but there is a doubt as to whether or no Franken will go with them. If not, it means a change.

27 days: & some money! One thing I haven't long to wait to see if it comes right.
Also I shall get wounded men but will apparently get the D.S.O or something so here's luck!
Range 8.30 -1.0 But did not finish Lunch till about 2.15.
Wrote busily till Tea Time and then started on C.E.M.S. notices for next week's meeting which took me till it was nearly time for Mess.

On the Range 6.30 to 8.30 & again from 10.30 to 1.0 We should finish to-morrow. Thank Heaven!
Paid the Co. in aft. & then had a go at getting Registers straight. all my Half Company Classification Registers are alright except that we want one check which I shall get out of Higgins.
