216 Wed Jan 6. English mail was in on Monday night. So I suppose my letetr has gone off on a cooks ??? to Dunaypur??? again. Range 6.30. Telephones off colour???. off at 8.30. Wrote home solidly from 10 to 12. Mater says Ted has rejoined the 15th so I wrote to congratulate him today. Marking on the Range from 2 to 4. Kept busy after Tea with Registers working out averages ???.
Thur. Jan 7. Range 6.30 to mark to.day off at 8.30 since when (excluding Breakfast time & Travelling Time) I have been busy writing. It is just Lunch Time now, and at 2.0 we Fire. 217 [Thur Jan 7. ???DIAGRAM??? Range from 1.30 to 3.0. Then after Tea I was busy till Dinner with Registers.
Fri. Jan 8. Had the 8.30 - 1 turn on the Range to.day. Marking from 8.30 to 10.30 Then firing till one???. In the grouping I had rater a shock when I went up to the Target after I had fired as all the markers came out in a body "Who fired last on to 3?" I had done quite a decent shoot & had ??? a four inch group with my last shot! The 2nd 3rd & 4th shots were like this ???DIAGRAM???
