154 Friday March 6th.

The three etchings of St Johns which I am having framed arrived to.day. I put them up in aft. they look excellent.

Amused myself swotting Livy!

Saturday March 7th.

Livy XXII today got rather fed with it towards evening so switched on to Lantern Lecture Compilation instead.

Had to take Compline tonight. Pullan was away & only Brown, Theodoseus & myself were there. Rain all day

Sunday March 8th.

Wet all day. Took some photos of the rooms in morning developed them in eve. Herbert came round to tea. Had dinner in Wadham Hall with Stainsby, in consideration of which I handed over the neg. of himself to him. Finish Livy XXII in eve.

Mon Mar 9

Rain & Snow in morning! Continued rain in aft. Stopped in all day working.

Tue. Mar 10.

Weather a curious mixture of sunshine and hail! only one short hail storm however. More rain & more work in aft.

Wed. Mar 11.

Got so fed with work in aft that I went round to Wadham & dug out
