Had a paper on Tac. this morning which I found _fairly_ easy. Did not go out in the aft as it rained intermittently. Wrote home from the Ugger in the evening.

Was expecting a paper Mino this a.m. but find it does not come off till tomorrow. Spent the morning packing. Visited the Ugger in aft.
Hills came up to tea this aft. He is schol hunting in the House group. I hope he gets one. He has entered for practically every possible schol I think so that he ought to get something in the end.
Went to the theatre in the eve. Had managed at 5 to 4 this aft to book two seats in the last row of the Dress Circle. (3/=) Charles Windemere's company were playing "The Headmaster". It was really fine. Absolutely the best laugh I have had for ages. I don't know whether I have seen a play to equal it - though I think the Arcadians runs it close. It is Comedy with the usual love plot running through it. But it was fine.
