15 Tuesday Nov. 9th Work as usual scale. Wrote up notes from Lunch till Tea then at 4/30 went along for "voluntary". That lasted till 6/30 & then it was dark. ?Twisted? up my notes. Wrote a bit & changed for Mess. DIAGRAM Wednesday Nov. 10th We had snapshots taken at 6.55 today. I am not too sure that it isn't a sort of C.I.D. show so that they can recognise any man they send down from a course if he ?comes? up again!! Work as usual scale. Less notes now thank goodness. Dined at the Commandant's tonight. Keller, Moss & Mr. & Mrs. ?Nagpur? -as we call him - were there too. His real name is McKye. He is a big fat chap, rather a comic spec. A Captain in the Nagpur Vol. Rifles, hence his name "Nagpur". We had an intellectual gamed called "Ennui" after dinner. You ?rate? & ?key? word & write it thus DIAGRAM then have to think of words to fit in, in the spaces. You then have to describe it to the other players who have to guess the word. Whichever side guesses it gets as many points as there are letters in the word. My side won! B???? again!
