Sun, Dec.6 From Buxar we jugged on (officer in the luncheon car) to Dehea. There we got back to our carriages. I instructed my bearer as to what to pack and what I wanted in my hoversack. We have just left ??? where the men were instructed to put one hut. In about 40 minutes we should be at Dinapore. The country today has been rather greener and there have been more signs of the handiwork of the irrigation engineer than before. Also ??? instead of ??? the plains as they did yesterday have been in larger plantations. On the whole it looks for more inviting here than anything we have passed excepting perhaps ???.
